Yes, we offer a free test photo to ensure it matches your image reference and expectations

What is the difference between Basic and Premium retouching?

Basic retouching includes removing dust, scratches, and styling props. Premium retouching involves detailed work, such as crease removal and enhancing symmetry for an overall better look of the product.

What is the process?

Contact us to discuss your project, desired results, files, and image specifications. Once aligned, you will receive a final quote. After shipping your product to us, we will create the final images. For large volume orders, we offer a test photo for approval before completing the entire project.

Do I get my samples back?

Yes. Please provide a shipping label, or we can purchase one and include it in your invoice. If you prefer us to utilize a sample, we can do so. Samples are stored for up to two weeks. For longer storage, additional fees apply.

How do I receive my images?

We deliver images digitally via a secure download link. Images are stored for up to two months. After that, they will be deleted unless you opt for extended storage at a monthly fee. Restoring deleted files costs $250, and after one year, restoration is no longer available.

What image sizes and formats are available?

We can work based on your image and size specifications or provide full-size JPEGs. Additional resizing or format conversions are available for $1 per format and $2 per size.

Can I request custom file naming?

Yes, custom file naming is available for $1 per photo.

Are additional backgrounds or translucent background options available?

Yes, we can provide a background of your choice or a transparent background in addition to the original file for $3 per photo.

What does styling include?

Styling involves shaping and positioning the product to achieve an appealing look, while maintaining consistency across similar products within the same group for a cohesive presentation. All e-commerce style photos include a stylist in the price. For editorial or creatively styled photos, additional fees may apply.

What is the difference between flat lay basic and flat lay advanced?

Basic flat lay styling is suitable for simple products like T-shirts, denim, and kids' clothes, styled in a straightforward flat lay. Advanced flat lay involves complex products such as jackets and coats or items requiring intricate styling. This includes using shapers to create more volume or a 3D look. Products requiring longer styling and steaming times are also categorized as advanced.

What does the production fee cover?

We offer a full-service photoshoot production, including booking models, makeup artists, hairstylists, and catering if needed. Our team collaborates with modeling agencies and clients to ensure a seamless process.

What is the cost of hiring models?

Model costs vary based on representation and experience:

Non-agency represented models: $400 for a half day, $1000 for a full day.
Agency-represented models: Starting rates of $600 for a half day, $1200 for a full day. Higher budgets provide access to a wider range of models, including premium options.

Do you offer photo colorizing?

Yes, we can create additional colors in post-production. To get the best result, we photograph light-colored items to create additional light shades, medium tones for medium shades, and dark items for dark shades. Creating light shades from dark or reverse may not look as natural. Additional colors are $10 per photo
