Getting started

How do your product photography services work?

Send us your product list and image references, and we reply with an itemized quote within 1–2 business days. Once you approve it, ship your products to our Miami studio. We check that the items match the quote, send the invoice, and start the shoot once it is paid. Styling, steaming, photography, editing and delivery are all done in-house, and you receive files ready for your store, Amazon or marketing.

Can I book product photography remotely?

Yes. Most of our clients never visit the studio. Ship your products from anywhere in the US and receive your files online. Test shots before the full shoot are available on request, and on on-model shoots you can follow the set through a live preview link.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We shoot from a single piece. The price per photo drops as the order grows, at 11, 71 and 300 photos in the same category.

Do you offer test shots?

Yes, on request. Test shots are paid and taken on your first items, and you approve them before we shoot the rest of the order. They are useful when you are setting a new look or shooting a new product category.

Do I get my products back?

Yes, if you want them. Tell us at booking, then send a prepaid return label or schedule a pickup and we pack and hand them over. If you’d rather we arrange the return, it’s a $20 handling fee plus shipping. Some items aren’t worth sending back — products we had to open for the shoot, like food or sealed packaging — so we confirm with every client before anything ships.

Pricing & payment

How much does product photography cost?

Product photos start at $26 per photo (supplements and vitamins from $22). Flat lay starts at $34 and ghost mannequin at $44 per photo. On-model shoots are $1,800 for a half day and $2,900 for a full day. Video starts at $45 per cut, AI images at $78 per image and 3D renders at $350. Every price is listed on our pricing page.

How do volume discounts work?

Prices are set in four tiers by the number of photos in the same category: 1–10, 11–70, 71–299 and 300+. The more photos in an order, the lower the price per photo. Ordering 300+ images across several categories? Ask us for a custom quote. Brands that shoot all year can also take an annual membership: $2,200 a year for 10% off every order.

Is retouching included?

Retouching is priced separately, so you only pay for it where you need it: $5 per photo for product photography and $8 per photo for on-model shoots. Rush retouching in 3–4 business days is available for an added fee.

How can I pay?

By card (Stripe or Square), bank transfer (ACH or wire), Zelle or check. We invoice after your products arrive and are checked against the quote.

Turnaround & files

What is your turnaround time?

Standard delivery is 6–8 business days from when we receive your products and payment. Rush delivery in 3–4 business days is available for an added fee. On on-model shoots, unedited images are shared within 3 business days, and retouched images follow 6–8 business days after you make your selection.

How are the images delivered?

You receive a download link that works on any device. Files are cropped and sized to your platform’s requirements, and custom file naming is available on request. You have 8 calendar days to review the images and request edits.

How long do you keep my files?

Final images are kept for 1 month after delivery. If you need deleted files later, we can restore them for $250, up to 1 year after delivery.

Services

What do your ecommerce photography services include?

All product photography for online sellers — clothing (on-model, ghost mannequin, flat lay), shoes, accessories, beauty, supplements, food, home goods — plus product video, Amazon listing videos, Instagram Reels, AI-generated models and lifestyle scenes, 360 spins and 3D renders. Every project starts with a conversation about your products, platform and goals, and we recommend the right mix. See all product photography services.

What is included in an on-model shoot day?

Every shoot day includes the studio and lighting, all items steamed and prepped in advance, a stylist on set, a photographer or videographer, and a project manager. If you can’t attend, you can follow the shoot through a live preview link. A half day ($1,800) covers up to 25 items and a full day ($2,900) up to 50, at 3–4 looks per item. Model fees are booked separately (non-agency models from $400, agency models from $600 for a half day), and hair and makeup and a fashion stylist are quoted per shoot. More on on-model photography.

Do you offer product video and Instagram Reels?

Yes, with or without a model, for every product category. Video can be booked as its own shoot or added to an on-model photo day. We shoot ecommerce video, Amazon listing videos and Instagram Reels; video starts at $45 per cut and Reel editing is $50 per Reel. For larger projects we work as a production agency: mood boards, casting, styling, set design, producing and directing. More on product video.

Do you create AI model and lifestyle images?

Yes. We photograph your real product and place it on an AI model or in an AI lifestyle scene, with the color, fit and details unchanged. You choose the model’s look and can keep the same model across your whole catalog. AI images start at $78 per image; the product photo is priced by category and costs nothing extra if it is already in your order. More on AI for ecommerce.

Can you handle high-volume ecommerce photography?

Yes. Five sets run at the same time and the studio photographs 3,500–5,000 SKUs a month today; from October 2026, 13 sets and capacity for more than 10,000 SKUs a month. Every brand gets its own lighting setup per category, so image 700 matches image 1.

Do you work with premium or high-volume clothing brands?

Yes — apparel is one of Shootify’s leading specialties. The studio is set up for premium fashion labels and high-volume clothing brands that need technical precision, consistent styling and repeatable visuals across thousands of SKUs. Apparel clients get:

  • Category-specific lighting that stays locked and repeatable
