To ensure the best results, please follow these guidelines before sending your products:
Condition
Use only unused, clean, and undamaged items
Labeling
Make sure labels are printed sharply, centered, and applied evenly (no peeling or bubbles)

Ensure pumps, caps, and seals are intact and clean
Packaging
Avoid dented, scratched, or squeezed tubes and jars
Quantity
We recommend sending two of each product to ensure we have a backup for styling or retouching if needed
