Shootify LLC (“Shootify,” “we,” “us”) runs a product photography and video studio in Miami, Florida, working with ecommerce brands across the United States. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit shootify.us or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version: we collect what we need to quote, shoot, deliver and get paid. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t send marketing emails.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- When you request a quote or contact us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, website, and anything you include in your message, such as product lists, reference images and links.
- When you book a project: shipping and return addresses, product details, shot lists, styling notes, image specifications, and billing contact details.
- When you pay: card payments are processed by Stripe or Square. We don’t see or store your full card number. If you pay by Zelle, ACH, wire transfer or check, we keep the payment details that appear on the transfer or check, as our records require.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers collect standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how long you stay, and the site that referred you. This comes from cookies and similar technologies (see below) and from our hosting and security providers’ server logs.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and send you a quote
- To receive, handle, photograph and return your products
- To deliver your final images and video
- To send invoices, process payments and keep business and tax records
- To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it
- To keep our website and systems secure and prevent fraud
- To meet our legal obligations and enforce our Terms
Emails
We use your email address to reply to your inquiry and to communicate about your project: quotes, invoices, delivery links and return arrangements. We don’t add you to a newsletter or send marketing emails. If that changes, we’ll ask you first and every email will include a way to unsubscribe.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how visitors find and use our website: which pages are visited, for how long, and from which kind of device. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address and browsing activity on our site. We use these reports to improve the website. We don’t use them to identify you personally.
You can:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
- Opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google’s browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

We don’t currently use advertising pixels or cross-site ad tracking.
Who we share information with
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need to do their job:
- Website hosting, security and performance: our web host and content delivery provider
- Analytics: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Payments: Stripe, Square, Zelle and our bank
- File delivery: Google Drive or Dropbox, which host your download links
- Email and business tools: the email and office software we use to communicate and keep records
- Shipping carriers: your return address and package details, when we ship your products back
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of the business. In that case this policy continues to apply.
Your images and products
Photos and video we create for you are covered by our Terms. Shootify keeps the copyright, you receive a license to use them once your invoice is paid, and we may show them in our portfolio, social media and marketing materials.
We don’t publish your contact details, pricing or order information in our portfolio.
How long we keep information
- Inquiries that don’t become projects: up to 2 years, then deleted
- Client, project and payment records: as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, usually up to 7 years
- Final image files: available for download for 90 days after delivery, as set out in our Terms. After that we may delete them.
- Analytics data: kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including secure (HTTPS) connections, access limited to the team members who need it, and reputable providers for payments and file storage. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons
Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights. We’ll respond to any request within the time the law requires. Email us at [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we won’t treat you differently for making a request.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Links to other websites
Our site links to other sites, such as Google reviews, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
