Product photography pricing

Product photos are priced per image, starting at $26, and the price per photo drops at 11, 71 and 300+ photos in the same category. On-model shoots are priced by half day ($1,800) or full day ($2,900). Send your product list and references for an itemized quote within 1–2 business days.

No. We shoot anything from a single product to a full catalog.

Prices are per photo, and the order-size discount applies to the number of photos in the same category. For example, 50 ghost mannequin photos are priced at the 11–70 rate. If your order has 300+ images across several categories, contact us for a custom quote.

Product photos are delivered in 6–8 business days after your products arrive. Rush delivery takes 3–4 business days for +50% (+100% on orders under 11 photos). For on-model shoots, you get a link to all unedited images within 3 business days to make your selection; retouching takes 6–8 business days after you select.

Every half or full day includes the studio and lighting, steaming and prepping all items in advance, a stylist on set, the photographer (or videographer) and a project manager on set. If you cannot attend, we send a live preview link and work with you remotely. Models, hair and makeup are booked separately.

As many looks as you need: front, back, sides, details, full length and cropped. Most clients choose 3–4 looks per item, with 100+ frames shot for each. More looks per item means fewer items fit in a day, so tell us what you need and we plan the half or full day around it.

Yes, on request. Test shots are paid: we shoot a few items first and confirm styling, lighting and shaping with you before we shoot the rest. You can also send a few items as a small first order.

Retouching for product photos is $5 per photo and covers detailed work: dust and scratch removal, crease removal, shaping and symmetry. On-model photo retouching is $8 per photo. Highly reflective products and damaged packaging are quoted separately.

Simple-garment flat lay is for items like T-shirts, denim and kids’ clothes. Structured-garment flat lay is for pieces like jackets and coats: we use shapers for volume, and styling and steaming take longer.

Simple: small, non-reflective items. Medium: items that need some styling or have partly reflective surfaces. Complex: highly reflective items, or products that need assembly, such as tents or furniture that arrive in parts, priced by quote. Reflective items on orders under 11 products have a $160 setup fee.

Styled photos are creative product shots in the studio: for example, foam from an open shampoo bottle or cream squeezed out of the jar to show its texture, with creative lighting, sometimes combined with other products. They are $220 per image. Lifestyle photos are built around a scene: unique lighting, backgrounds, sets and props, in the studio or on location such as a shower or kitchen, and are quoted per project. You can also place a product photo into an AI-created lifestyle scene for $78 per image.

For product photos, custom file naming is $1 per photo. On on-model shoots, file naming is available on request: $1 per style, or included when you book a digital tech on set for $500 a day.

Every AI image starts from a real photo of your product, billed at its category price from this page. Clothing is shot on a ghost mannequin to create AI on-model images; other products are photographed and placed into an AI-created scene. If the product photos are already part of your order (for example, ghost mannequin images), there is no extra charge for them. The AI model or lifestyle image is $78 per image, with volume discounts on larger orders.

Most shoots happen in our Miami studio. On request we handle model scouting for $600: we reach out to model agencies and freelance models on your behalf, based on your preferences. Creative direction (mood board and shot list) is $600 per project, and location scouting, permits and booking is $500. Model fees are billed separately: non-agency models from $400 half day / $1,000 full day; agency models from $600 / $1,200.

Only if you want us to plan the shoot. Every shoot starts from a mood board and shot list you approve, and most clients send their own references. If you would like us to create them, creative direction is $600 per project, for photo, video, Reels or AI.

The annual membership is $2,200 per year and gives you 10% off every order for the full year.

By card (Stripe or Square), bank transfer (ACH or wire), Zelle or check. All projects are prepaid: we start once we have your products, payment, image references and shot list.

Ship your products to our Miami studio from anywhere in the US and send us the tracking number so we can schedule your shoot. If you want them back, schedule a pickup or send a prepaid label; if you can’t, we ship them for a $20 handling fee plus shipping.

You get a download link (Google Drive or Dropbox). We keep your final images for one month after delivery. After that, restoring deleted files costs $250 and is possible for up to one year after delivery.

You get full usage rights once the invoice is paid in full. Shootify may show the images in our portfolio and on social media.
