This project is a strong example of Shootify’s hybrid workflow — combining traditional product photography services with AI-generated content to create a complete visual system for ecommerce brands.
The client is a new fashion designer entering the market with a clean, comfortable streetwear-inspired collection for both men and women. The product line included hoodies, T-shirts, and pants — designed with a minimal aesthetic and a focus on everyday wear.
As with many new brands, the challenge was not only to create product images, but to define a full visual identity from the start. That’s where working with a product photography studio that offers both creative direction and production becomes essential.
We began with a creative discovery phase. The client shared details about the brand, target audience, and positioning. Based on this, we developed a creative direction — including a visual mood board that defined the style for both flat lay photography and editorial content.
The concept combined two key directions: clean ecommerce visuals for the website, and lifestyle imagery showing how the clothing fits into real life.
For the ecommerce side, we produced flat lay photography across the full collection. We selected pinned wall flat lays, a technique often used by leading fashion brands. This approach allows garments to hold a natural shape while maintaining a clean presentation. Using a light gray background, controlled contrast lighting, and a soft drop shadow, the images highlight fabric texture and structure while keeping a consistent, modern look.
This is especially important for ecommerce product photography, where clarity and consistency directly impact how customers perceive the product.
Alongside the studio work, we developed the second part of the project — AI-generated editorial imagery. Instead of organizing a full lifestyle shoot across multiple locations, we used AI to create realistic scenarios where models wear the clothing in everyday environments. These included beach settings, urban streets, and lifestyle moments with both male and female models.
The key advantage of this hybrid workflow is efficiency without sacrificing visual quality. By starting with high-quality product photography, we ensure that textures, colors, and fit remain accurate. AI is then used to extend those visuals into lifestyle content, creating a full campaign look without the complexity of traditional production.
The result is a consistent visual language across all assets: product images for ecommerce, editorial images for marketing, and social media content including lifestyle visuals. Everything is aligned in terms of lighting, tones, and overall style.
This level of consistency is one of the biggest advantages of working with a single ecommerce photography studio. When all content is created within one system, brands get color consistency across images, matching light and mood, and a unified brand identity.
For growing fashion brands, this approach is not only more efficient but also more scalable. As collections expand, the same visual system can be applied across new products without starting from scratch.
Shootify’s hybrid model — combining product photography with AI models — is designed specifically for modern ecommerce brands that need both speed and quality. It allows brands to produce content that works across websites, social media, and advertising, while maintaining a clean and consistent look. This project reflects how new fashion brands can launch with a strong visual identity from day one — using a combination of creative direction, studio photography, and AI-powered production.
