On-Model Soccer Jersey Photography & Product Video Project

The project

For our third season working with this client, Shootify photographed and filmed the full range of soccer jerseys for all teams — Nike, Adidas, New Balance, and more. The client shipped every jersey to our studio, and we handled everything else: model casting, garment preparation, steaming, styling, photography, videography, and flat lays. The final images and videos are now used on soccer.com, across the web, and on social media.

12 models — adults, kids, and full teams

We cast a total of 12 models for this project, including adults, kids, and group shots of teams wearing matching jerseys. The client provided a mood board and creative direction; our team handled all casting and on-set styling so every jersey fit naturally on camera.

Quality in the details

Sports jerseys are all about fabric — and fabric is where quality shows. We steam and prep every garment before it goes in front of the camera, use advanced styling to achieve a natural fit, and light each shot to capture true fabric color and texture. Team colors have to match the real product exactly, and that accuracy is what we’re known for.

Why shoot everything in one studio

Producing on-model photos, videos, and flat lays in a single studio gives the catalog better consistency: we make sure colors match between flat lays and on-model images because they’re shot under the same controlled lighting. It also saves the client real time and cost — one shipment, one garment prep, one steaming session, instead of prepping and shipping products to multiple vendors.
