Creative direction is $600 per project: we prepare the mood board and shot list for your photo, AI or 3D order. Most clients send their own references — that works too.

It depends on the product and where you sell. Clothing usually needs flat lay or ghost mannequin for product pages and on-model for fit and brand. Amazon needs a main image on pure white. Not sure? Send your product list and we recommend a technique for each item in your quote.
For ecommerce, the main types are product on white (clean images for stores and marketplaces), flat lay and ghost mannequin for clothing, on-model for fit and brand, styled or lifestyle images that show the product in use, and detail shots. Many brands also add product video, AI lifestyle images and 3D renders. We choose the technique per item, so each product gets the look that shows it best.

No. We shoot from a single piece. The only exception is automated shoe photography, which starts at 71 photos.
Product photos are delivered in 6–8 business days after your products arrive, or 3–4 business days with rush (+50%). For on-model shoots you get all unedited images within 3 business days; retouching takes 6–8 business days after you select.
No. Most clients ship their products from across the US and never visit the studio. You approve the look remotely, and we deliver the files by download link.
Retouching is an add-on: $5 per photo for product photos and $8 per photo for on-model images. It covers dust and scratch removal, crease removal, shaping and symmetry.
Yes. We shoot Amazon main images on pure white (RGB 255, 255, 255) with the product filling about 85% of the frame at 1600 px or larger, plus infographics and lifestyle images. Amazon listing packages start at $690.
Yes. Test shots are available on request and are paid. We shoot a few items first so you can approve styling, lighting and shaping before the full shoot.
